Who provides the service

What Karaoke AI does

Use a permitted YouTube link, when import is available, or upload your own audio to prepare an instrumental and a browser practice player. Tracks must be no longer than 10 minutes; uploads are limited to 25 MB. You can blend in the original recording and download the instrumental. This is not an MP4 video export service.

Only submit recordings and lyrics you have the right to download and process. Public availability does not itself grant permission. You keep your rights in your content and permit the processing and storage needed to provide the requested service. Do not submit unlawful material, bypass limits or interfere with other users.

AI separation and lyric timing can be imperfect. Lyrics may be incorrect or unavailable even when the instrumental succeeds. Check the result before relying on it. Imports, processing and availability can fail; these limitations do not remove statutory rights.

Accounts, credits and prices

When accounts are available, a verified account receives 3 trial credits once, not daily. Trial credits are used first. Each new request costs one credit, including a cached result; reopening or downloading your existing result costs no additional credit. A processing failure returns the reserved credit. Missing or imperfect lyrics alone do not necessarily mean the processing failed.

Credit purchases are not currently available. The planned one-off packs are 1 credit for USD 1.49, 5 for USD 4.99 and 15 for USD 9.99, including applicable VAT. All packs have the same features. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Unused credits do not expire. When sales become available, the total and pack size will be shown before payment; credits are added after payment is verified.

Result access and storage

Successful trial results remain available for 7 days from completion; results made with paid credits for 6 calendar months from completion. Playing or downloading does not extend this period. Save a local copy before expiry. Credit validity is separate from result storage.

Account library and result pages require the owning account. Audio is delivered using short-lived links: anyone holding a valid audio link may use it until it expires or access is revoked. Keep these links private. Older results created without an account may be accessible to anyone with their result link.

Problems, withdrawal and refunds

For a complaint, withdrawal request or payment problem, contact info@karaoke-ai.com or write to the address above. Describe the problem and, if available, the order reference; never send card details or passwords.

Applicable consumer rights, including remedies for a service or digital content that does not conform to the contract, remain available. Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, subject to applicable law. Using this website or accepting analytics does not itself waive that right. Returning a processing credit is separate from any right to a monetary refund.

Credit purchases remain closed while payment and monetary-refund arrangements are finalised. No consent to lose a withdrawal right is obtained by using the free beta. Purchase terms will be shown before paid packs become available.

Privacy and ending use

See the Privacy notice for data handling and deletion requests. You can stop using the service and contact us to close your account. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protection or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
